Matt is a certified executive coach with more than 25 years of leadership, management and consulting experience with dynamic, growth organizations globally including lululemon, the International Olympic Committee and ten Olympic and Paralympic Games organizing committees. Matt’s passion is working with leaders and cross-functional teams to break down silos and support teams and organizations in achieving their goals more effectively and efficiently.
Matt has extensive hands-on experience in facilitating and leading cross-functional integration, operational planning, knowledge transfer, leadership development and team building.
Matt lives in North Vancouver, Canada with his wife and four daughters, enjoys trail running, skiing and exploring on his e-bike.
