Kristin Roy

Background

Kristin Roy is a seasoned facilitator and leadership coach who has been delivering engaging and inclusive training for more than 20 years.

Kristin brings a broad range of experience from roles she's held in the post-secondary, K-12 education and non-profit sectors. For the last 10 years she has been a human resources leader supporting leadership development, guiding strategic direction and creating an effective experience for employees at all levels.

Over the years, Kristin has worked with thousands of seasoned and aspiring leaders, and remains laser-focused on her goal of developing employee capacity, leadership skills and organizational effectiveness. Her signature brand of authenticity, warmth and finely-tuned facilitation skills ensures organizations and individuals can build skillsets and teams that will propel their company forward.

Born and raised in southern Ontario, Kristin and her family now happily call Calgary home. Kristin enjoys spending time on her paddleboard, exploring the mountains and watching sunsets from her back deck. She and her husband can most often be found cheering on their two daughters on the volleyball court.
